General conditions:
The prices are intended in Euro, per week and for the following number of persons:
Apartment D: 4 persons, Apartment C “Chalet”: 4 persons, Apartment B: 6 persons, Apartment A: 4 persons; for each additional person there will be charged a small extra charge.
The final cleaning is included in the price, if done by the guests. Otherwise we will provide for it against a surcharge. We don't accept pet animals.
Credit cards, bank transfers wired after arrival and/or POS cards are not accepted. Place of jurisdiction for any legal dispute is Bolzano; Italian law will be applied.
The apartments are available between 2.00 and 3.00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. At departure, you are kindly requested to leave the apartment within 9.00 a.m. Thank you for having choosen Predes Apartments. |
